Leadership Principles in the Interview Process
Throughout the interview process, Amazonβs Leadership Principles (LPs) play a crucial role. Each round assesses one or more LPs through behavioural questions, and candidates are encouraged to use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to provide structured and detailed responses.
Round 1: Online Assessment

Round 2: Technical Phone Screen
